Our services start at USD 600 per month. Engagements are billed as a monthly retainer in advance.

Setup fee: where a full funnel, CRM and creative build is required from scratch, a one-time setup fee is quoted before work begins and is stated on your proposal and invoice.

Final pricing depends on scope, number of locations and markets covered. Every client receives a written proposal with the exact fee, term and deliverables before any payment is taken.

Our fees do not include your advertising budget. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta or Google on your own ad account and never passes through us. We recommend a minimum of USD 1,000 per month in ad spend for meaningful volume. Most clinics we work with spend USD 1,000 to 2,000 per month.

We accept clients from any country. Fees are quoted and charged in US Dollars unless your proposal states otherwise. Your card issuer may apply its own foreign exchange rate or cross-border fee, which is outside our control.

As an exporter of services from India, our invoices to clients outside India are issued without Indian GST where the transaction qualifies as an export of services. Clients in India are charged applicable GST. Any tax, duty or withholding levied in your own country is your responsibility.
