When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or fill out a form on our website, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, city and country, and answers to qualification questions.

For clients, we additionally hold billing contact details, invoices and payment records. We do not collect or store your full card number. Card details are captured and held by our payment provider under their own security standards.

We use the information you provide to contact you about our services, qualify your clinic, schedule consultation calls, deliver the services you have purchased, issue invoices and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We do not use your data for any other purpose and we do not sell it.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose: our CRM and email provider, our payment provider and banking partners, our accountant, and advertising platforms where you have engaged us to run campaigns. These providers may process data outside your country, including in India, the United States and the European Union, under contractual safeguards.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to complete the follow-up process, or until you ask us to delete it. Client billing and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically eight years in India.

Data is held in access-controlled accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and is accessible only to team members who need it to do their work.

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to marketing contact at any time.
